TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and agree to the information provided in this TOS. I reserve the right as the writer to deny a commission request for any reason. If payment has been provided and I decide to deny the commission, you will receive a full refund.You must provide proof of consent if you are ordering a commission that involves any characters that do not belong to you. This does not include mass produced television, movie, or video game characters.

Payments and Refunds

** All payments are invoiced and must be paid in Canadian **Payment must be made in full upon acceptance of your commission request unless arrangements were made between the commissioner and I. Depending on the situation, I may work with you on a payment plan, but these are not guaranteed. Once the invoice has been sent, the payment must be received within 48 hours (unless discussed otherwise ahead of time). If payment is not made within that time, this may result in your commission being cancelled.Provided that no work has started on your commission, a full refund can be provided if requested. If work has started on your commission, then a partial refund may be provided at my discretion.

Important Information/Rules

Commissions are completed in the order that they are accepted. For the current queue status, please visit my Trello Board. Generally I try to complete commissions within a month of being accepted, but depending on queue length, it may take longer. Also, if there are any RL situations that arise, announcements will be made on social media to inform everyone. Your story may not be used in any form of commercial purpose and may not be sold for profit. With that being said, if you are specifically looking for something to be written for sale, this must be discussed ahead of time, and an additional fee will be charged.

STORY EDITS

Stories flow through the writing process, and therefore not a lot of editing is able to be done. Upon the story completion, you will receive the initial copy of the story. If there is a small section or minor mistakes to characters or details, these can be fixed. However, complete story rewrites will not happen.

CLIENT/ARTIST CONFIDENTIALITY

Due to the nature of commissions and the subject matter that may be requested, I can understand some people's nervousness regarding having their information attached to a commission or being afraid of people finding out. Should you wish to have your story posted anonymously, that is perfectly acceptable. Also, anything discussed with me regarding your request is not shared with anyone.If you do wish to have your story not posted anywhere, there will be an additional $20 fee attached to your commission.
